In September 2025, a bespoke mobile substation designed and manufactured by Tian'an for the Philippine power company was successfully loaded onto a Ro-Ro ship and set sail for Cebu, Philippines. Located in the central Visayas, Cebu comprises 167 islands. Its unique geographical location and complex terrain present significant challenges for power supply flexibility and timeliness. The mobile substation from Tian'an, with its high mobility and rapid response capability, can quickly reach various islands to provide emergency and temporary power support. It effectively addresses the urgent power needs and offers strong support for the stable development of the Cebu region.

This is the first mobile substation ordered by the client, with the second unit already scheduled for production, expected to be completed and ready for inspection by early 2026.
